It’s officially Halloween season, and fans of Oct. 31 have full permission to express their love for all things spooky – whether they do so through Halloween nail art, bath products, or by building the perfect funny costume. A Halloween workout is like your normal workout, with a Halloween twist. That may mean a HIIT routine set to Halloween music, or a strength workout that asks you to swap our your dumbbells for actual pumpkins.
