If you’re as tapped into the beauty world as we are, chances are you’ve seen at least one influencer or celebrity on your social media feeds using (and loving) the Dior Forever Skin Perfect foundation stick ($52). It’s a viral beauty product loved by celebrities such as Demi Moore and Hailey Bieber, but is it actually worth the hype – and the price tag?

Foundation can be tricky to get right, especially when it comes to your skin type. The Dior foundation stick comes in 18 shades ranging from very light to very deep. It’s a stick formula (duh, it’s in the name) with a natural finish that is buildable. It promises to provide 24 hours of wear, although most people won’t necessarily be testing that claim to the fullest extent. For application, the brand recommends using it all over the face directly from the stick itself, and then blending it out with your fingertips. It can also be used as a concealer to target specific areas.

If you want to get creative, Bieber has been seen mixing the stick with the Glazing Milk ($32) from her beauty brand, Rhode (we’re big fans), but it also works well on its own.

Ahead, three editors put the rumors to the test and try Dior’s viral foundation stick on different skin types and skin tones. Keep scrolling to read their honest reviews.
