If you didn’t already know, cheek products are back in a major way. While that phrase typically applies to rouge like Rhode Skin’s Pocket Blushes ($24), highlighters are another product in the category that is getting a major resurgence. Fresh off the heels of other launches like Skkn by Kim’s Highlighters ($34) and Charlotte Tilbury’s Glow Glide Powders ($48), Patrick Ta is throwing his hat in the ring with the launch of the Major Glow Crème & Powder Highlighter Duos ($40) from his eponymous beauty brand.

Coming in five shades, the highlighters feature two formulas: a traditional powder on one side and a balmy gloss on the other. The colors run the gamut from light, icy white to a deep golden bronze to allow people of all skin tones to find their shades. Standout ingredients in this formula include moringa andshea butter, which help to nourish and soften the skin. The highlighter is also talc-free, which makes it a fantastic option for those who are sensitive to the ingredient.

The highlighters are currently available to shop on Patrickta.com and Sephora.com but if you take a look at the sites, you may see that a few shades have sold out due to the highlighters going viral on TikTok. Still, if there’s a shade (or two) on your list, three PS editors with different skin tones put the highlighters to the test to let you know if they’re worth picking up. Keep reading to see if each person thinks that these highlighters are worth the hype.
