Hannah Beals, previously chief brand officer at Ouai, has been appointed chief executive officer. She succeeds Colin Walsh in the role, who will continue in his current position as CEO of P&G’s specialty beauty division.
The Personal Care Products Council has elected L’Oréal USA CEO David Greenberg as its new board chair. Prior to his appointment, Greenberg held a longtime vice chairman role on the council’s board.

Dr. Dennis Gross, which was acquired in December by Shiseido, has named Emmie Salaj its first chief operating officer. Salaj undertakes the position in addition to her current role as general manager at Tory Burch Beauty, also owned by Shiseido.
Molly Kennedy has been named vice president of marketing at Maesa. Most recently senior director, global at Dove Men+Care, Kennedy will oversee marketing for brands including Kristin Ess, Koze Place, Believe Beauty and Root to End.
Stuart Millar, who was most recently CEO at Credo Beauty, has joined Danish hair care brand Hårklinikken as CEO. Before Credo, Millar held senior roles at Aesop and denim maker G-Star, and aims to lead Hårklinikken further into category and geographic expansion.
Deirdre Stanley, executive vice president and general counsel at The Estée Lauder Cos., has stepped down. Having held the role since 2019, Stanley left to “embark on a new chapter”; her successor will be named at a later date.
Mei Lan Cheung has joined Interparfums as vice president, sales planning and key accounts management across all of its fragrance brands including Coach, Karl Lagerfeld, Moncler and more. She previously served as vice president, sales, national accounts Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beauté and fragrances.
Dexter King has been promoted to senior vice president, global general manager at Tom Ford Beauty. King was previously SVP, global marketing and strategy; in addition to his appointment, King also joins The Estée Lauder Cos.’ extended executive leadership team.
Scent Lab, the AI-powered candle brand, has tapped Ali Kriegsman as its new cofounder and chief marketing officer. Kriegsman was formerly a cofounder and chief operating officer of lifestyle wholesale marketplace, Bulletin, which was acquired by Emerald Holding in 2022.
United Airlines has named Michelle Freyre, president, global brands, Clinique and Origins, to its board. Freyre joined The Estée Lauder Cos. from Johnson & Johnson in 2020 as SVP, global general manager, Clinique and has held her current role since 2022.
Borghese has appointed Dawn Hilarczyk as its first COO. Hilarczyk hails from Noble Panacea, where she was cocreator and head of global sales, business development.
Intimate and personal care brand Good Clean Love has appointed Unilever and Johnson & Johnson alum Brenda Demers as CEO. Demers succeeds founder Wendy Strgar, who remains involved in the business and is focused on new innovation.
THC-infused beverage brand Cann has tapped Nick Fasano as chief revenue officer. He previously held the role at cannabis delivery platform Eaze, where he spearheaded the brand’s multistate expansion.
