Mike Amiri is tapping several famous faces for his latest campaign.

The Amiri designer has enlisted The Boyz K-pop rapper Sunwoo, “Moonlight” actor Ashton Sanders and “The Accountant” actor Seth Lee for the brand’s fall 2024 campaign. The stars model Amiri’s new collection against a moody backdrop in the Palace Theatre in Los Angeles.

“For the fall 2024 Amiri campaign, I was inspired by young actors at the cusp of their breakthroughs becoming real cinema artists — dressing up, but still being themselves,” Amiri said. “The talent we showcase in these images — Ashton Sanders, Seth Lee and our Amiri ambassador Sunwoo — exemplify a new generation shaping global culture. Here, these young idols become timeless icons.”

Photographed by Glen Luchford, the campaign is meant to evoke a sense of nostalgia to play in with the Amiri collection’s ‘90s New Hollywood inspiration. According to the brand, each campaign image aims to be a “mini-narrative” to tell the story of the characters and their clothing.

South Korean rapper Sunwoo was named an Amiri brand ambassador last January after meeting the designer at his Paris fashion show for the fall 2024 collection.

“Amiri’s fall 2024 show was the first runway I ever attended — and I could feel an affinity between my own identity and a brand whose foundation is on a celebration of the fusion of music and fashion,” Sunwoo said after the appointment. “As a performer, clothes are a way to express myself — to convey a message to match my music. Amiri and I share a language.”
