Trader Joe’s is a snack-lover’s heaven. The aisles of the cult-favorite grocery store are always full to the brim with new – or just new-to-you – snacks, so much so that it’s difficult to make it out of the store without a cart-full of impulse buys. But it’s worth braving the often-crowded aisles battling it out for that week’s viral snack because there truly is something for everything – including those of us focused on health and fitness. In fact, Trader Joe’s healthy snacks might be the best snacks of all.

The best healthy snacks at Trader Joe’s are delicious and creative – either offering a slightly off-beat twist on an old favorite (looking at you, Crunchy Chili Onion Hummus) or serving up something we’d never even dreamed of (grilled olives?) or doing a classic snack very, very well (hello, Very Berry Granola). This list of our favorite healthy snacks at Trader Joe’s are sure to include at least a handful of picks that will become new must-buys. We’d never gate-keep . . . but please don’t sell them out!
