Zara Tindall continued her refined run at Royal Ascot with dusty rose stilettos and a printed Anna Mason dress on the second day of the annual racing event, held June 18 at Ascot Racecourse. The Olympian grounded the look with pointed-toe pumps in suede, defined by a slim stiletto heel and a flushed finish that echoed her soft, tonal styling.

The shoes’ minimalist silhouette — free of hardware or embellishment — let the color do the work, mirroring the rose-pink hue of her wide-brimmed percher hat and playing off the ivory base of her dress. It’s a formula Tindall has returned to repeatedly: understated shoes, chosen for tone and texture rather than trend, to sharpen a romantic silhouette.

Her cream cotton dress, the Heloise Midi Dress by Anna Mason, featured vintage-style florals in red, purple and blue. A softly flared drop-waist skirt, elbow-length puff sleeves and a fitted bodice delivered structure without sacrificing femininity. She styled the look with a low chignon, delicate drop earrings and a coordinating clutch.

The appearance followed her Day One look — a bespoke sky-blue dress by Rebecca Vallance, styled with pink Emmy London heels and a Sarah Cant hat — where she relied on the same visual strategy: subtle contrast, puff sleeves and a tone-on-tone shoe to finish. Though the palette shifted, the approach held steady.

That kind of consistency runs through Tindall’s Ascot history. She wore Anna Mason last year as well, opting for a long-sleeve midi dress with floral volume and exaggerated cuffs. Even her 2024 Formula 1 appearance leaned into similar notes: tailored but feminine, with color-matched accessories and refined footwear.

Held each June at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire, the five-day event pairs championship horse racing with a formal dress code and daily carriage processions. Senior royals typically attend the Royal Enclosure, where women are required to wear dresses and hats, and men appear in morning suits and top hats. Founded by Queen Anne in 1711, Royal Ascot remains one of the most tradition-bound events of the year for the royal family.

While Tindall may not hold the senior royal title that demands diplomatic attire, she has carved out a visual identity that bridges her equestrian roots with aristocratic polish. Her footwear, in particular, plays a supporting role with precision.
