Revlon’s C-suite redesign continues.

The beauty giant has appointed Amber Garrison, most recently global brand president of Origins at the Estée Lauder Cos., as president of Elizabeth Arden and fragrances at Revlon.

She will begin in the role Oct. 1 in New York, with fragrance brands under her purview including Revlon’s licenses with Ice Spice, Christina Aguilera, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, luxury streetwear brand Palm Angels and more.

“Revlon is an iconic company with an iconic portfolio of brands — I believe this is the pivotal moment for the company to supercharge and accelerate growth,” said Garrison, who previously spent more than 12 years at Estée Lauder working across Bumble and bumble and other portfolio brands prior to heading up Origins.

Garrison’s appointment follows a restructuring period at Revlon after the company emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy — and the longtime leadership of the Perelman family — in 2023. Last year, Revlon named Michelle Peluso as chief executive officer, and earlier this year the company appointed Colgate-Palmolive alum Dana Medema as president of North America.

“With Amber on board, we are solidifying a world-class leadership team that is shaping Revlon’s next chapter,” Peluso said in a statement, adding that Garrison “brings strategic clarity, brand-building brilliance and deep empathy for consumers. Her leadership is a strong complement to our team as we unlock the full potential of Elizabeth Arden and our fragrance business globally.”

In 2024, Revlon ranked at the 24th-largest global beauty manufacturer on the WWD Beauty Inc Top 100 list, with sales of about $2 billion. 2024 was the company’s first full year in the post-Perelman era, and so far in 2025 the company has announced its fragrance lines with Ice Spice and Palm Angels, set to launch in 2026 and 2027, respectively, and has executed activations and promotions surrounding the 110th anniversary of Elizabeth Arden.

“I’m honored to lead Elizabeth Arden’s next chapter,” Garrison said. “It’s a powerhouse brand with such strength in innovation and science to meet the moment and build even more consumer loyalty and desire in the world.”
