Solange Knowles wore a Ferragamo fall 2025 look and Lucasheva shoes for a Saint Heron Library event to celebrate the release of “Azurest Blue: The Life and Legacy of Amaza Lee Meredith” at the Surrogate’s Court on Tuesday in New York. The “Cranes In the Sky” star stepped out at the event wearing Lucasheva’s Barbara pump.
The Barbara pumps give an edgier appeal than the traditional ankle strap pump. The heels feature a pointed-toe silhouette and are made from napa leather in black. Knowles’ shoes stood out thanks to their deep V-cut vamp on the upper and curved D’Orsay design that highlights and exposes the sides of the singer’s foot.

The shoes feature a slim back counter revealing more of her foot, and a slim ankle strap that secures and holds the shoe in place with a small silver buckle. The shoes balance atop a four-inch heel that adds elegance to the look. The shoe is currently available on Revolve for $625.
Lucasheva was founded in Vancouver in early 2022 and is a women-run fashion brand that focuses on the cutting edge of contemporary shoe design. The company was started by Ukrainian-born architect and designer Tina Lucasheva who works with a diverse creative team on her vision of footwear creation.
Knowles paired the shoes with a black silk georgette and viscose chenille long-sleeve, knee-length dress with band detail in gold shearling from the Ferragamo fall 2025 collection. Styled by Danielle Goldberg, Knowles wore a black bra underneath the sheer top. The dress was Look 23 from the collection and was worn without the undergarment on the runway as part of Milan Fashion Week in March. The designer has become a go-to for Knowles as of late.
The Saint Heron Library described the event as an evening of archival reverence and fellowship in celebration of “Azurest Blue: The Life and Legacy of Amaza Lee Meredith,” which is a new research journal from Saint Heron Press. The evening featured a special performance by experimental organist and keyboardist Precious Renee Tucker.
