Miron Crosby is launching a “12 Days of Christmas” collection for the first time with a serialized drop releasing one new western boot style a day from Dec. 1 to 12.
The 12 boots presented by the luxury western boot brand will be a mix of popular silhouettes and new style debuts, with some classics reimagined with festive colorways and others presenting totally fresh designs influenced by the brand’s roots in Texas and the magic of the holiday season. Each boot style is a limited-edition release, and some only have 15 to 30 quantities produced total. The boots will be offered online and in stores, with prices ranging from $1,095 to $3,895.
Taking on the drop model to create a sense of urgency and anticipation, the “12 Days of Christmas” one-boot-per-day release also nods to the holiday season as a take on the advent calendar. It’s also a strategic move for the brand as it experienced its highest volume of sales ever during last year’s holiday season.

The “12 Days of Christmas” styles are colorful and wide-ranging, as seen in the campaign video and catalog for the collection which feature scenes inspired by verses of the classic holiday song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.”
First in the collection to hit the market is the Crawford Metallic Champagne boot on Monday; it’s a light gold style with a deeply scalloped shaft and swinging fringe. On Tuesday comes the Sophie Metallic Hot Pink style, also offered in a mini version for kids, which is decorated with stars and and “y’all” in looping font. Several more styles will be released across the subsequent days, from the Laura Sable featuring a snakeskin heart dropping on Sunday to the Janet Pink featuring chili peppers coming out on Dec. 9. Miron Crosby boots are hand-lasted by master artisans in Mercedes, Texas and León, Mexico.
Sarah Means Ward and Lizzie Means Duplantis, cofounders of Miron Crosby, told FN exclusively, “This collection is a celebration of everything we love about bootmaking: the artistry, the storytelling, and the joy our boots bring to people’s lives. Launching 12 styles in 12 days challenged us to push our creativity while honoring the intricate, hand-lasted craftsmanship that defines Miron Crosby. It’s a unique, festive moment for the brand and a way for us to share the magic of a West Texas Christmas with our community. And let’s be honest — if there’s ever a season to go big, have fun, and give people 12 chances to fall in love with a new pair of boots, it’s the holidays.”
The “12 Days of Christmas” collection wouldn’t be the first time the brand got in on the holiday spirit — last year, a pair of diamond-encrusted Miron Crosby boots was offered alongside an astrological reading as part of Neiman Marcus’ annual Fantasy Gifts holiday guide in 2024.
In other Miron Crosby news, the brand recently collaborated with Carolina Herrera, and the luxury western boot label made a boot inspired by content creator Lilly Sisto.
