Teyana Taylor gave a whole new meaning to incognito dressing in her silver-haired, translucent raincoat look at the Chanel fall 2026 presentation during Paris Fashion Week on Monday.

The Oscar-nominated “One Battle After Another” star wore a layered look with tones of black, white and red throughout. The first layer of Taylor’s front row attire was a knit piece comprised with spotty black elements set against a cream base fabric, with red dot-designed buttons running down the front placket of the piece.

A turtleneck added further to the incognito styling method of the look, followed by the clear raincoat be-speckled with red dots throughout. A high, sharp collar line framed Taylor’s sunglasses-concealed visage, while a belted waist added definition to the streamlined look.

Taylor added Chanel slingback heels to her attire, with a white pointed toe contrasted by black. Finishing touches included the Golden Globe Award winner’s aforementioned sunglasses and her silvery hairdo, with a middle part and tucked into her turtleneck and collar.

Taylor’s front row appearance for Chanel’s fall 2026 show comes nearly one year after Matthieu Blazy officially joined the French luxury fashion house as the latest artistic director, succeeding Virginie Viard.

Since Blazy’s appointment, several high-profile stars have beckoned to the newly imagined maison, including Nicole Kidman, who officially joined Chanel as an ambassador in October 2025 following Blazy’s creative director appointment.

Apart from the 2025 Gotham Awards, at which the actress wore a look from Chanel’s spring 2026 collection, Taylor’s not yet worn Chanel to any other high-profile awards shows. Burberry, Schiaparelli and Thom Browne have been the actress and singer’s designers of choice for her red carpet looks at the BAFTAs, Golden Globe Awards and Actor Awards, respectively. But Monday’s icy appearance at the Chanel show might indicate which design house Taylor will wear for her Oscar debut on Sunday night.
