Dylan Efron isn’t the kind of reality TV personality you can easily pin down. Sure, he’s popped up on shows like “The Traitors” and “Dancing with the Stars,” and most recently wrapped filming Netflix’s upcoming “Squid Game: The VIP Challenge” series, but his off-screen life is all about ease. Think: less Hollywood, more off the grid. When he’s not on set, he’s usually outside, staying active, and keeping things intentionally simple. “You can tell how happy I am by how tan I am,” he tells Popsugar. “I try to get outside as much as I can . . . just be in the real world rather than staying online.”

That mindset carries over into everything he does, including his latest partnership with Kohl’s, which, for him, was a natural fit. “It was the easiest yes ever,” he says. “I grew up going there with my mom.” Even more importantly, the brand aligns with how he actually lives and dresses. “I like wearing clothes that I can be active in and then immediately go to dinner or a meeting,” he explains. “Having pieces that aren’t one-dimensional just makes my life easier.”

As for what’s next, Efron isn’t slowing down. Alongside his latest reality project, he says he’s “starting to act a little bit more and auditioning,” adding that it feels like a natural next challenge. It’s a direction that feels very on-brand, especially for someone who thrives on pushing himself into unfamiliar territory (and has a brother well-known for it). After all, as he puts it, “All the best changes in my life have come when I’ve been put into a situation where it’s scary to take a risk.”
