On TikTok Shop, trends ranging from K-beauty to #hairtok are most prominently driving beauty sales, data from Charm.io shows.
Videos tagged with #skincare drove roughly $142 million in sales on the platform in the last 12 months, making that the number-one hashtag by beauty revenue. Zooming out, the top 10 beauty hashtags on TikTok Shop drove more than $670 million in combined beauty sales during the period.
Skin care was the dominant category represented across the top terms, which also included #Koreanskincare and #skincareroutine. Medicube’s eight-piece Glass Glow skin care set was the number-one product by sales driven from videos with either of those hashtags present.

#Medicube was also one of two brands — alongside fellow K-beauty brand Dr. Melaxin — whose own brand hashtag was a top sales-driving term, indicating just how dominant both of those brands are not just in K-beauty, but skin care in general on TikTok Shop.
Hair tool brand Wavytalk, meanwhile, is the most prominent brand by sales from videos under #hairtok, while fragrance brand Bellavita Luxury’s affordable Honey Oud fragrance is a top seller under #perfume.
