Vimla Black Gupta has joined Bath & Body Works as executive vice president of marketing and innovation. Black Gupta has previously held senior marketing roles at P&G Beauty, the Estée Lauder Cos. and Equinox, and joins the company from Colgate-Palmolive.
The Estée Lauder Cos. alum Daniel M. Annese has joined Stila Cosmetics as chief executive officer. He succeeds Michelle Kluz, who is now chief of DBG Health’s beauty arm.
