Eva Longoria gave Flor de Maria’s Berta Platforms a second Cannes outing Wednesday night, wearing the black sky-high sandals to the Global Gift Gala at La Môme Plage. It was the silhouette’s second Longoria appearance in less than 24 hours, following her chocolate brown Sergio Hudson that mostly kept the silhouette hidden earlier in the day.
The “Flamin’ Hot”director went with the Berta’s 140mm heel and covered front platform, a 5.5-inch proportion that made sense for a floor-length Cannes gown. The black satin style had a clean construction, featuring an open toe, two narrow straps that criss-crossed over the foot and a slim ankle strap.

Longoria wore the sandals with a high-slit Cong Tri gown that mixed a white plunging halter bodice with a black sequined skirt. The slit left the platform sandals visible as she moved along the carpet, letting the repeat shoe choice read clearly against the dress’s black lower half. She completed the look with APM Monaco jewelry from the brand’s summer collection, including drop earrings, a necklace and stacked bracelets.
The Global Gift Gala capped a Flor de Maria-heavy Wednesday for Longoria: two Berta platform outings and one gold Vanessa sandal moment with an emerald green Silvia Tcherassi dress for the “Diamond” screening.
Longoria’s second Berta outing came at a Cannes event tied directly to her own philanthropic work. The May 20 Global Gift Gala at La Môme Plage supported the Global Gift Foundation and the Eva Longoria Foundation, with Sofia Carson among the night’s honorees.
