Miron Crosby is offering customers a romantic vintage rodeo aesthetic with its summer-ready Marianne boot in crimson.
The bold red retro-inspired shorty style, which launched on Tuesday at a price of $1,095, features Miron Crosby’s signature deeply scalloped collar and elevated stitch detailing, merging classic Western craftsmanship with modern flair. The leather is accented by tonal crimson suede paisley cutouts and the style also includes extra short Western earn pulls with bullet pull holes. Additional details of the Made in Mexico style include a signature toe bug, Goodyear single-stitch welt construction, hand-stained chocolate stacked-leather heel and hand-tooled leather sole.
The Marianne is an ideal style for summer thanks to its low shaft measuring seven inches, compared to 11-inch midi styles and 17-inch tall styles. The silhouette also comes in other colors like espresso, metallic gold, black, crème and more.

Earlier in May, the brand released its Paisano Crème style, the exact pair of boots cofounder Sarah Means Ward wore on her wedding day last fall. Her sister and cofounder Lizzie Means Duplantis designed the boots as a surprise for the milestone moment, taking inspiration from Sarah’s Monique Lhuillier veil with floral appliqués in a variety of hues including greens, blues, dusty pinks and marigold — the palette inspired the entire celebration which took place in Marfa, Texas. Customers were immediately interested after seeing photos from the wedding, and the team ultimately brought it to market.
The Texas-based brand also dropped a patent leather western boot collection, the Maggie Patent collection in butter yellow, beige and teal colorways back in April.
Last year, the sisters told FN for a story on the luxury cowboy boot market, “Our customer base is now national, reaching far beyond Texas. We often reach them through our studios in Dallas, Aspen and Houston; trunk shows on the road from coast to coast, and our online boutique. Word of mouth continues to be one of our strongest drivers. Once someone slips on a pair of Miron Crosby boots, they usually come back for more and bring their friends along with them.”
