Shop the 10 Most Iconic Bath & Body Works Scents — Back for a Limited Time Only

“Picture this — it’s 2009, Lady Gaga’s ‘Just Dance’ [is] dominating the charts, teens everywhere are firmly Team Jacob or Team Edward as ‘New Moon’ hits theaters, and Bath & Body Works is introducing Rainkissed Leaves,” the body care giant writes in a press release.

If we’re being honest, nothing sounds like more exciting of a cultural moment to teleport back to. Well, maybe 2012 — the year of “The Hunger Games,” the “Cups” song, and Bath & Body Works’ Cashmere Glow product line — comes close, or else 2014, an era punctuated by ice buckets dumped over heads, Taylor Swift’s “1989,” and Lemon Pomegranate Cream, a sweet, invigorating concoction that proved to be one of the brand’s most popular fragrances of the 2010s.

Feeling that recognizable pang of nostalgia? Now, you can get back in touch with the person you were over a decade ago… and how good you smelled, courtesy of Bath & Body Works’ just-released Vault Collection, which is resuscitating 10 of the most seminal scents from different chapters of the company’s history.

This is the first time heavy hitters (which used to generate lines out the door at your local mall, lest you forget) like 2011’s Country Chic, 2019’s Cactus Blossom, and 2022’s Poppy are coming out of retirement — and, to help make it even more unforgettable, Bath & Body Works has timed the launch to one of its biggest sales of the year, promising deals as steep as 72 percent off on its beloved aromas.

Translation: Every last part of the Vault Collection is selling for $4.99 as we speak, and you don’t need a fancy key to unlock these stunning savings. Historically, the Semi-Annual Sale has lasted a little under a month, so don’t waste a single moment if you like what you see (and smell through the screen, obviously).

Given how closely our sense of smell is linked to memory (directly associating, in fact, with the emotion and memory centers of the brain), don’t be surprised if your new fragrance mists, creams, and body washes spark a sudden recollection or two: taking you right back to being 13 years old and carrying out an indulgent Bath & Body Works haul with your first allowance.

The Vault Collection “tap[s] into a growing desire to reconnect with formative eras through sensory experiences,” says its creator, and will also let you celebrate just how far you’ve come — all while reiterating the idea that beauty doesn’t have to be inaccessibly pricey to be worth it (those under-$5 price tags, for a limited time only, are proof of concept).

Load up on the back-by-popular-demand faves for yourself, your nieces, coworkers, mom, and anyone else who’d enjoy their sumptuous, good-enough-to-eat notes of golden peach, patchouli, amber, and sugared rhubarb.

Time flies, yes, but Bath & Body Works aptly demonstrates that you can turn back the clock, if even for a spritz or two.

Bath & Body Works Wrapped in Vanilla Body Lotion

Nothing is as timeless as a rich vanilla perfume, and no one does it better than Bath & Body Works. Sugary, creamy, and complex, this lotion formula smells far from artificial. It’s also lightweight, absorbs without leaving a trail of grease in its wake, and feels like “snuggling up in a soft cardigan,” as the brand puts it. We’re sold.
