Amelia Gray brought a confident juxtaposition of boxy menswear silhouettes and sharp, hyper-feminine footwear to the Saint Laurent menswear show in Paris on Tuesday, arriving in sculptural heels with an extreme pointed toe paired with exaggerated, oversized tailoring.
The model wore sharply pointed pumps in oxblood patent leather with a curved heel and narrow toe, just visible beneath the hem of slouchy pleated trousers in dark olive. The pants broke long over the foot, drawing out the contrast between volume and shape.
Gray paired the trousers with a crisp white shirt and a black-and-silver striped tie, tucked under an oversize leather jacket with broad shoulders and rolled cuffs. A slim black belt with a gold buckle defined the waist. The jacket’s boxy cut played against the trousers’ ease, keeping the look from drifting too far into menswear pastiche.

Glossy center-parted hair, tortoiseshell sunglasses and stacked gold cuffs at the wrist rounded out the outfit. The color palette — oxblood, green and black — stayed subdued, letting the silhouette carry most of the visual weight. The sharply architectural design and deep oxblood finish are consistent with Anthony Vaccarello’s recent Saint Laurent footwear offerings, which have leaned into extreme points and knife-like silhouettes.
She’s also starred in Puma’s Mostro campaign, where she modeled a yellow-and-black reissue of the spiky 1999 sneaker. And at a Kendrick Lamar concert in Los Angeles, she paired a draped bralette and long gym shorts with knee-high leather boots — an off-duty look still keyed to proportion and structure.
Her Met Gala look this May also leaned tailored, with a red lace Valentino bodysuit, cropped tuxedo jacket and black lace-up pumps with white fringe detailing on the vamp, nodding to 1920s Black dandyism, as styled by Danyul Brown.
