For the fall season, sustainable, minimalist-minded fashion brand Another Tomorrow has launched a capsule of regenerative wool styles.
Founded in 2020 by Vanessa Barboni Hallik, with creative direction led by Elizabeth Giardina since 2022, the B-Corp. certified label has always stood by its three value system pillars: human, animal and environmental welfare. In addition, each of the brand’s products is tagged with a unique digital ID (for customers to view its supply chain transparency and authenticity) and the brand has its own proprietary authenticated resale platform.
“Everything is farm to closet — we base everything back to the raw materials. Sometimes we work with the farmers directly, and some of them we source,” Giardina told WWD during a preview of the brand’s latest collections, noting a few of its key materials. For instance, a recycled nylon raincoat with sustainable waterproof coating, viscose (wood pulp sourced from an FSC certified supplier) suiting, corozo nut buttons, organic cotton denim, bias-cut chambray dresses, cruelty-free peace silk, and their newest assortment of regenerative wool.
The regenerative wool capsule for fall includes six styles made from ultra-fine, Italian-crafted wool sourced from, and in partnership with, carbon zero certified farm Lake Hawea Station in New Zealand. The brand noted that the wool utilized for the capsule adheres to the ZQRX standards. Styles within the “Carbon Zero Farm Knitwear” line include a rib poncho, tunic, pant, Henley, merino polo and reversible chunky sweater, in shades of black, cream and sky blue.
