Miu Miu’s buckle-strap slingback pumps have amassed an impressive celebrity fan base over the years, with Brie Larson being the latest star to take the shoes for a spin.
On Tuesday morning, the actress wore the designer heels for a guest appearance on “The View,” where she promoted her new book, “Party People: A Cookbook for Creative Celebrations,” which she worked on with former Milk Bar culinary director Courtney McBroom. Crafted from brushed leather, the 105mm pumps featured three long buckle-adorned straps that sit across the foot, as well as a pointy toe. A screen-printed logo is stamped on the insole of the heels.

For the talk show, Larson was decked out in the Italian fashion house, a fitting choice for the actress, who has become a fixture at Miu Miu events. Despite winter being right around the corner, she was outfitted in a spring-approved floral neck-tie midi dress from the luxury label — sans jacket. A spacious, pocket-heavy black leather Miu Miu bag and simple hoops rounded out her look for the morning. On the beauty front, the “Captain Marvel” actress rocked a slicked-back blonde bob alongside soft makeup.
Yes, the designer’s buckle-bedecked slingback pumps have become a hot-ticket item in Hollywood, especially in 2025. Lori Harvey, for instance, arrived at Miu Miu’s spring 2026 earlier this month in the black kitten heel version, which she styled with an of-the-moment brown suede jacket. In early September, “The White Lotus” star Sarah Catherine Hook sported the ivory style during the Venice Film Festival 2025, wearing them with a cashmere sweater and miniskirt. Meanwhile, back in March, Sydney Sweeney, another Miu Miu muse, donned the black buckle-strap heels at the label’s fall 2025 show, teaming the pumps with gray leg warmers. It’s only a matter of time before more high-style celebrities follow suit.
