When news of a low-top, skateboarding remake of Charles Barkley’s Nike Air Max2 CB 94 sneaker surfaced last May, it wasn’t quite clear how the retro basketball model would be modified for skate. Now, in lieu of an official announcement, we’re getting a first look at product images for the sneaker, which reveal yet another layer as it’s a three-style collaboration with Supreme.
E-commerce images of the upcoming Supreme x Nike SB Air Max2 CB 94 Low have surfaced which show all three styles in detail. The collection will include Black/Metallic Silver (style code IM4283-100), Metallic Gold/Varsity Red (style code IM4283-700) and White/Varsity Red (style code IM4283-001) colorways of the classic Barkley sneaker.

While the specific Nike SB tweaks to the Air Max2 CB 94 have not been revealed, some changes can be deduced based on the imagery. Each pair is built with a leather base and features rough-textured, potentially rubberized overlays in place of the model’s usual nubuck. While there are likely more internal and cushioning modifications, we’ll have to wait for more details from Nike to say for certain.
As for Supreme’s touch on the hoops-meets-skate model, the streetwear label made subtle yet stated branding placements. The shoe’s TPU eyelets spell out Supreme, while the brand’s box logo has been added underneath the tongue’s rubber Air Max branding. Supreme text also appears on the heel tab, insole and outsole, as well as on a plastic hangtag. The collection’s black and white styles come with two sets of shoelaces (black and white for the black, and white and red for the white), while the gold pair comes with black, white and gold options.
Along with the sneakers, it’s likely that the upcoming Supreme x Nike SB Air Max2 CB 94 Low will be accompanied by a range of apparel.
Given the arrival of product images, readers can expect more information on the Supreme x Nike SB Air Max2 CB 94 Low soon. The collaboration is expected to be featured as part of Supreme’s upcoming spring 2026 season with retail pricing of $145 each.
