Roberts opted for a black draped top and sequined lace maxiskirt by Christopher Esber, accessorizing with small hoop earrings and a silver Tiffany & Co. cuff bracelet. The actress also added on a pair of leather Gianvito Rossi pumps.

Stylists Brit and Kara Elkin, who also count Hilary Duff and Bailee Madison as clients, dressed Roberts for the occasion. Hairdresser Gonn Kinoshita styled the actress’ dirty blond tresses in a sleek bun, while makeup artist Ana Marie Rizzieri gave Roberts brown eye shadow, rosy blush and a deep red lip.

Speaking to host Jimmy Fallon, Roberts teased what’s to come this season on “American Horror Story.” “I was shocked, so I think you guys are going to be really shocked,” she said.

The first five episodes of “Delicate” aired last fall, with the latter half of the season premiering through the rest of the month. “There’s a lot of blood, a lot of screaming, a lot of very dark magic,” Roberts continued.

Roberts has appeared in several iterations of Ryan Murphy’s hit anthology, starting with “American Horror Story: Coven” in 2013. She also starred in Murphy’s short-lived series “Scream Queens,” which featured Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Black-and-white hues were trending throughout awards season after being spotted on the runways of Gucci, Chloé and Carven. Pared-down palettes were popular among attendees at shows like the Golden Globes and the Oscars, with stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Keri Russell and Carey Mulligan partaking in the fad.
