Bubble is teaming up with the better-for-you soda brand Poppi to launch fizzy flavors for the lips.

Starting Monday, the skin care brand will offer its dermatologist-approved Talk Back Serum in Strawberry Lemon, Grape and Root Beer. Made with squalane and vitamin E, the formulas will be equal parts sweet and soothing, with a flavor profile that of the bestselling Poppi cans. The new serums, $9.99 or $17.99 for the Strawberry Lemon and Grape set, will be sold exclusively at Walmart.

“Both Bubble and Poppi were built by challenging legacy norms and listening deeply to our communities. We believe you should never have to choose between efficacy and fun, or between wellness and self-expression. Our Talk Back Lip Serum, infused with pure Poppi flavor, brings that philosophy to life by delivering real hydration and shine through thoughtful, performance-driven formulation while celebrating the playful energy our community loves,” Shai Eisenman, founder and chief executive officer of Bubble, told WWD.

Bubble first launched its Talk Back Serums — clear and watermelon — in August 2025. The product debut was followed by a buzzy announcement in September, in which Leighton Meester was named Bubble’s inaugural brand ambassador. Speaking with WWD at the time, Meester boasted about the Bubble mission, saying it’s “beyond the product itself.”

“There are a lot of products out there that you can try to find that maybe work or don’t, but they’re bringing a joyful, loving and inclusive approach to different ages and skin types,” Meester said. “The team and the people who are creating and formulating the products — their heart is in it.”

That same approach is driving Bubble and Poppi’s partnership today. Not only are the two brands coming together to drop three products, but they’re also uniting their communities across different college campuses for all of April.

“College campuses have always been a powerful space for us because that is where confidence, identity and brand loyalty are shaped in real time. As a digitally native brand, we understand how this generation discovers products through transparency, ingredient education and authentic connection. This launch is about meeting them at the intersection of beauty, wellness and lifestyle without ever compromising on performance,” Eisenman said.

Bubbles have been a recurring theme in the lip balm category lately, with Cocokind adding three Olipop-inspired flavors — Strawberry VanillaCherry Cola and Cream Soda — to its Ceramide Lip Blur Balms collection in early February. Packaged in Cocokind’s signature tube with a bubble cap and a built-in ring, each flavor promised to not only taste and smells like the corresponding soda, but mimic the same color.
