Cole Haan is set to have a busy few weeks this fall with a slate of new store locations.

First up is its new 1,800-square-foot store at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons, Va. Located on the second level of the mall between Coach and Edikted, the company stated that its newest store showcases the latest fall 2025 collection featuring men’s and women’s footwear, outerwear, handbags and accessories. Some key styles that will be on-hand include the GrandPrø Court SkyWeave sneakers for him and her, men’s ØriginalGrand CitySpectre oxfords, the Celenea saddle bag and much more.

Cole Haan also noted that its new Tysons Corner Center store introduces a refreshed retail environment “designed to elevate the customer experience.” It features warm paint palettes, natural wood accents, and arched architectural details that are paired with integrated digital screens.

Krissie Millan, chief marketing officer at Cole Haan, said in a statement that this opening is much “more than a new store.”

“It’s a signal of where we’re headed as a brand,” Millan said. “By pairing a refreshed retail environment with our fall 2025 Cole Haan ‘Comfortable’ campaign, we’re creating an experience that is as inspiring and digitally connected as it is stylish. This store is the first expression of our evolving retail concept that will bring our brand closer to consumers in ways that reflect how they live and shop.”

The Tysons Corner location will be the first to open in a series of four new Cole Haan stores debuting in key markets across the country in the coming weeks, the company said. Following this opening, Cole Haan will unveil new locations in Atlanta, Ga.; Glendale, Calif.; and Garden City, N.Y. in October.

These latest round of store openings come after Cole Haan debuted a new 1,622-square-foot store on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 19th Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood earlier this year.

In January, Cole Haan chief executive officer Jack Boys told FN sister publication WWD in an interview that the company had over 500 doors across the globe at the time. In North America, Boys said he anticipated opening another 30 to 40 stores in the top 18 urban and suburban areas where the brand resonates the best.

“We’ve got a pipeline of probably five or six stores that are going to be built this year, and we’re working on another 20 locations,” he said in January. But Cole Haan is very selective when picking locations. The store needs to be 1,600 to 2,400 square-feet, in ‘A’ malls or strong street locations, “so it might take us a while to get there. But it’s really important for our brand. We want to expose our consumers to touching and feeling the product.”
