HIGH LIVING: Two luxury penthouses designed with signature Fendi Casa collections will crown the sculptural Jem Private Residences tower in Miami, which marks developer Naftali Group’s debut property in the city.
Dubbed Jem Sky Villas and each priced from $8 million, the penthouses will offer spacious floor plans ranging from 5,083 to 5,277 square feet, with four bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a library and a wraparound terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The properties will boast curated furnishings blending top-notch materials and craftsmanship, ranging from the Fendi Casa Matrice bookcase marked by geometries in bold jewel tones down to the Metropolis coffee table nodding to the architecture of the fashion house’s headquarters in Rome.

Located in Miami Worldcenter, the Jem tower will offer luxe private residences in a wavy building designed by world-renowned firms Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group and nestled between Miami Design District, Wynwood, Downtown Miami and the Brickell Centre.
Ranging from voluminous studios to three-bedroom homes with panoramic views, the residences will be flanked by a range of amenities encompassing an indoor Sky Lounge, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a boxing arena, a yoga patio and a spa suite, among others.
The development is projected to be completed at the end of 2027.
