Florence Pugh returned to the Harris Reed runway for the label’s fall 2025 presentation on Thursday during London Fashion Week. The Oscar-nominated actress modeled a hooded black gown with sheer details.
Pugh’s sculptural frock looked as if it sprouted wings, a motif mirrored in her feathery faux eyelashes. Her three-dimensional ensemble is emblematic of Reed’s gender-fluid, avant-garde aesthetic. The designer debuted his first collection in 2021.
Reed, who is also the current creative director of Nina Ricci, counts Pugh as close friend and muse. She previously opened his fall 2023 fashion show, where she wore a sequined harlequin print gown — complete with a massive matching halo.

“Clothing has transformative power, whether for an actor or simply a performer on the stage of life, the art of dressing up allows us to express who we truly are, creating a safe space to inhabit in a sometimes judgmental world,” Pugh said in a monologue she performed during the presentation.
Pugh has also worn Reed’s designs on the red carpet, including at the BAFTAs in 2023 and 2024.
The “Don’t Worry Darling” star was appointed a Tiffany & Co. brand ambassador in 2023, modeling in the luxury jeweler’s Lock campaign with a close-shaven crop.
A close friend of Valentino’s former creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli, Pugh was also a spokesmodel for the Italian label, fronting ads for their Rockstud handbags.
While Piccioli was recently succeeded by former Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, the former has yet to land on a new role. Piccioli worked at Valentino for more than two decades.
