From milky pink glaze to vanilla cappuccino French, Hailey Bieber’s nails never cease to make a statement.
For the 68th annual Grammy Awards, where she accompanied her husband Justin Bieber for the first time in four years, the 29-year-old Rhode founder walked on the wild side, leaving her penchant for soft pink behind to don a complex color combo like her burgundy plum lip.
On Instagram, Bieber’s manicurist, Zola Ganzorigt, divulged the shade details alongside a close-up shot of her almond-shaped nails. “Match your nails with your lip combo because details matter,” her caption read.

To achieve the deep hue, Ganzorigt layered four OPI polish shades — “Barefoot In Barcelona,” “Cliffside Karaoke,” “You Don’t Know Jacques!” and “Big Apple Red.” She then finished Bieber’s nail beds with the Super Gloss No Wipe Top Coat.
The dark aesthetic mirrored that of her bold lip, painted by celebrity makeup artist and beauty founder Mary Phillips, likely using one of her bestselling Rhode tints. The rest of her glam was subdued in comparison; her face clean, even-toned and glowy, and her hair slicked in a neat bun behind her courtesy of Irinel de León.
Bieber marked her and her husband’s long-awaited return to the Grammys with an homage to Pieter Mulier‘s Alaïa, dressing in a custom black jersey bustier gown by the fashion visionary just three days after he announced his departure from the brand. The strapless gown cut across the front of her body with mesh fabric shading the side. On the left side of her chest, the entrepreneur donned an “ICE Out” pin, as did a larger group of attendees, to protest the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations. Others wearing the pin included Billie Eilish, Finneas, Kehlani, Joni Mitchell and more.
Next to her, the “Daises” singer wore an oversize, double-breasted Balenciaga suit, one a tad more tailored than the baggy outfit he opted for four years ago. On stage during the ceremony, the “Swag” artist performed his hit single, “Yukon,” in nothing but a pair of silk Skylrk boxers.
Bieber’s come a long way since her “strawberry glazed” days. Recently, the beauty founder partnered with Ganzorigt to craft leopard print French tips. In a TikTok video shared by Bieber before the holiday season, which has now amassed millions of views, Bieber’s nails can be seen spotted like a leopard’s coat as she moves through her Rhode-filled morning routine, spritzing her face with the Glazing Mist Hydrating Face Spray before loading up on the Glazing Milk Ceramide Facial Essence.
