I Smelled and Ranked 50+ Bath & Body Works Holiday Candles

My nose is exhausted. That’s a sentence I never thought I’d say. Bath & Body Works sent me its entire 2023 Christmas collection, and I took it upon myself to smell every single candle. Why would I do such a thing? One, because I’m a candle fanatic (don’t ask to see my candle cabinet . . .), two, because Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year, and three, I was on a mission to find the best Bath & Body Works candles from the annual collection.

For the 2023 Bath & Body Works holiday collection, the brand brought back some old favorites, like Winter Candy Apple and Vanilla Bean Noel, and introduced a variety of new holiday candles. There’s Bright Christmas Morning 3-Wick, Iced Winter Balsam, and many, many more. Want your home to smell like freshly baked gingerbread cookies? No problem. Wish you had a fresh pine-tree farm right in your backyard? Done. Check, check, and check. There’s truly a fragrance – or five – for every preference.
