James Harden just wrapped up his annual tour of China with Adidas Basketball, and in a photo summary of his trip, he’s revealed his next signature sneaker.
The Adidas Harden Vol. 10 was posted in an Instagram carousel by the player Thursday, and it stands out with its TPU upper molded with concentric circles. The construction offers more coverage (and containment) for the upper, as his previous model featured cutouts of tear-drop-like streaks.
A first look at the sneaker sees it take on the same “Cyber Metallic” colorway that the Harden Vol. 9 launched in, and a faint glimpse of a return for three stripes climbing up the heel of the outsole can also be spotted. The toe cap and entry point appear to be similar to its predecessor as well, and you can expect a similar bootie-like fit to continue.
Harden’s signature sneaker line has been on a hot streak going back two previous models, as the Harden Vol. 8 and its oblong overlay helped create new buzz for Adidas Basketball alongside the Anthony Edwards 1, formerly known as the AE 1.

Speaking to Footwear News for a story on the Harden Vol. 9, lead designer Jalal Enayah said of the philosophy behind this era of design: “In a world of overstimulation, you wonder if people will find it boring. The challenge now is how do you evolve that radical simplicity and still be true to the story and who Adidas is. That’s the fun challenge.”
In October, Adidas is expected to release the long-awaited Anthony Edwards 2 ahead of the NBA season.
Release details have yet to be confirmed for the Adidas Harden Vol. 10, but it will likely release in early 2026 based on the 16-year veteran’s typical timeline. Footwear News will report any updates.
