Vice President Kamala Harris left the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago and headed to Milwaukee, Wis., on Tuesday for her latest campaign rally. The vice president was joined by her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

For the rally, Harris opted for another variation on the blue power suit trend she’s favored throughout her campaign. The vice president wore a tailored suit complete with single-breasted blazer, which featured sharp lapels and slanted pockets.

Harris’ latest campaign rally comes one day after the vice president made an appearance during Day One of the DNC. For her onstage appearance, Harris wore a bespoke tan suit by French luxury fashion house Chloé.

The tan power suit featured brown grain de poudre wool with a double-breasted blazer and wide-leg trousers. The custom look also came with a white crepe de chine lavaliere blouse. Harris’ suit went viral online and became a breakout search, per Google Trends. The look also received comparisons to former President Barack Obama’s own tan suit, which he notably wore for a press conference during his second term in 2014.

“Looking out at everyone tonight, I see the beauty of our great nation — people from every corner of our country and every walk of life are here united by our shared vision for the future of our country,” Harris said during her remarks in Chicago’s United Center on Monday.

“And this November, we will come together and declare with one voice, as one people we are moving forward. With optimism, hope and faith, guided by our love of country knowing we all have so much more in common than what separates us.”
