Fwrd’s creative director Kendall Jenner, who is best known as a model and member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, has curated a new edit based on her recent travels for Paris Fashion Week.
Titled “From Paris, With Love,” Jenner’s edit includes a selection of new dresses, sweaters, jackets, footwear and accessories from brands such as The Row, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Alaïa and Khaite for the current fall season.
The latest campaign for Jenner’s Fwrd edit was styled by the model’s go-to stylist Dani Michelle, who also works with Hailey Bieber, Elsa Hosk and Kristin Cavallari.
The new campaign for the edit features Jenner seemingly living her Paris dream. The model wakes up in a massive bed wearing striped pajamas, smiles on her balcony and even takes her coffee in bed. When it’s time to dress up, she opts for a little black dress and strikes a pose on the balcony.
Many of the pieces in Jenner’s edit embrace the quiet luxury trend. “Quiet luxury” refers to understated clothing made with very high-quality materials. The Season Four premiere of HBO’s hit show “Succession” helped catapult the trend to its current level of popularity and social media conversation. Fashion trends on the show — minimalist shapes, neutral colors, tailored suiting and invisible branding — propelled interest in how the ultra-wealthy dress caused the term “quiet luxury” to spike in Google search interest.
In September 2021, Fwrd appointed Jenner creative director. Last June, Fwrd opened its first pop-up shop in Los Angeles. The 4,000-square-foot space featured women’s and men’s apparel from established and emerging designers, as well as beauty, accessories, art and homeware. The offering also included rare vintage handbags, clothing, jewelry and sunglasses from Chanel, Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier and Gucci through the Fwrd Renew platform.
