Kesha, Niecy Nash and Adam Lambert were among the celebrities who opted for colorful statement ensembles complete with sequins, feathers and other shimmering accents at the Outloud Music Festival on Friday night, May 31. This year’s celebrations marked a vibrant start to Pride Month in West Hollywood, a city recognized for its longstanding support of the LGBTQ+ community.
Here, see some of the looks.
Niecy Nash
Nash performed at the festival alongside her wife, singer Jessica Betts, at the Abbey on Friday night. She opted for a rainbow-hued, striped tube dress and a golden, shimmering “Celebrate” party tiara, while Betts sported a patchwork denim ensemble for the performance.
Kesha
The “We R Who We R” singer hit the Outloud stage in West Hollywood Park wearing a Vex x Fancy Monkey red latex spike top and matching latex “HotPants.” She completed the look with slick thigh-high boots.
Kesha continued her trend of festival-wear with an outfit change during her performance on Friday night. She wore a cream-colored dress that hit just at mid-thigh, paired with a black cowboy hat, gold fishnets and black thigh-high boots.
Adam Lambert
Adam Lambert took the stage at the free music festival kicking off Pride Month in an all-black ensemble. The singer’s jacket featured an embossed animal print, and the pants had a smooth finish. Lambert completed the look with shiny black boots, a black fishnet tank top, and a silver statement necklace.
The Outloud Music Festival and the WeHo Pride Parade are just a few highlights of the weekend. WeHo Pride continues to be a celebration and solidarity within the LGBTQ+ community, and this year’s lineup features Janelle Monae, Kylie Minogue, Diplo + Friends and Big Freedia.
