Lauren Sanchez brought bridal fashion to Vanity Fair’s Oscars Party 2025 on Sunday in Los Angeles. The former news anchor, children’s book author and fiancée of Jeff Bezos arrived at the red carpet in a wedding-ready gown.
Sanchez wore a white strapless dress with a mermaid skirt and train that was trimmed with feathers. She paired the gown with an emerald necklace. Beauty-wise, Sanchez wore her hair down in waves and wore shimmery eyeshadow and a touch of blush.
Sanchez and Bezos coordinated attire with the Amazon founder wearing a white satin bow tie and crisp white shirt beneath a black velvet jacket. Bezos accessorized with a crystal-encrusted brooch at his lapel.

Sanchez wasn’t the only celebrity to wear a white bridal gown to Vanity Fair’s Oscars Party 2025. Kim Kardashian also opted to wear a white strapless gown that was custom Balenciaga Haute Couture. Likewise, Cynthia Erivo chose a bridal look: The “Wicked” star wore the opening dress of Vivienne Westwood’s fall 2025 bridal collection, a draped sheer tulle gown with bows and pearl strands along the side.
Kelly Rowland also chose to wear a white gown, selecting an angular dress with a plunging cutout from Stephane Rolland’s spring 2003 couture collection. So did Chrissy Teigen, who wore a white strapless gown with an oversized bow on the back from designer Andrew Kwon.
Sanchez has worn white dresses to events before, including in October at the North American debut of the “Von Furstenberg: Woman Before Fashion” exhibition in Los Angeles at the Skirball Cultural Center. She arrived in a white maxi dress with gold hardware along the straps, and paired it with Christian Louboutin pumps.
Famously, Sanchez also wore white to Donald Trump’s Inauguration in January. She accompanied Bezos to the event while wearing a white Alexander McQueen suit with a lace corset showing beneath the jacket.
Vanity Fair’s Oscars Party 2025 also brought out a parade of sheer lace looks, including ones from Nikki Glaser and Olivia Wilde.
