The Make Time Wellness team is making time for a podcast.
The women’s brain health brand, founded by Bruce Willis’ wife Emma Heming Willis and Helen Christoni in May 2023, is on Tuesday releasing the first episode of its Make Time podcast, which will go live biweekly. During each 20-minute episode, Heming Willis and Christoni will interview varying wellness experts about their specialties and specific tips and tricks. As with the brand, the podcast will focus on women’s brain health, beauty and full-body wellness.
“We wanted to learn how to make more time,” said Heming Willis. “We wanted to bring experts and specialists to the forefront and get tips and ideas on how to make more time for ourselves, family, relationships.”

Christoni added: “Our brand is Make Time, so we weren’t going to come out with an hour-long commitment. How we framed up the podcast is so women can come away with actionable, easy tips that they can put into effect in their daily lives.”
Both founders have already taken away key insights of their own from the interviews. For Heming Willis, it was an “a ha” moment when a brain health doctor said the one thing she wasn’t making time for was a doctor’s appointment. For Christoni, it was a self confidence expert emphasizing the importance of having a personal mission statement.
Alongside the podcast, which will feature experts like founder and aesthetics doctor Barbara Sturm, the brand has its sights set on retail. Along with its direct-to-consumer site and Amazon, Make Time Wellness’ supplements, which include drink powder Make Time for Brain Health, $50, and Make Time Sugar Free Women’s Multivitamin, $25, will also be available on Anthropologie.com. According to Christoni, brick-and-mortar expansion is a part of the plan this year, as she projects the line will be at 2,000 doors by the end of the year.
In terms of what else to expect from the brand, the team hinted at additional gummies and powders, as well as a major push in June, as it’s brain health awareness month.
