Margaret Qualley kept her “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” look in clean form Thursday night, arriving in Gianvito Rossi’s 105 pumps in white napa leather.
The Italian-made stilettos cut a streamlined profile: a pointed toe with a low-cut vamp and slim 105mm heel. Smooth, full-grain leather ran in uninterrupted optic white from tip to heel, breaking only for a tan outsole. The insole and lining stayed bare leather, keeping the construction light and minimal. It’s a shape Rossi returns to season after season, built for height without going to extremes.
It was her second Gianvito Rossi appearance in as many nights. At the “Honey, Don’t!” New York screening on Wednesday, she wore the brand’s black patent Ribbon stiletto sandals — a square-toe style finished with a slim ankle strap and signature ribbon buckle. The shift from high-gloss patent to pared-back white napa marked a sharp turn in tone, but both pairs leaned on precise proportion.

For Fallon, Qualley matched the pumps to Sir’s Noemi halter minidress, also in optic white. The sleeveless style had a fitted bodice and short hemline, mirroring the pump’s clean lines. The double-white palette kept the focus on silhouette and fit, with the rigid leather heel set against the dress’ softer linen weave.
The Gianvito 105 is a mainstay for the label and a celebrity shoe fixture on red carpets. Amal Clooney, Gigi Hadid and Jennifer Lopez have all worn the style, which is produced in Italy’s San Mauro Pascoli region — an area known for its high-end shoemaking. Rossi launched his brand in 2006 after more than a decade working alongside his father, Sergio Rossi, and has since built a roster of shoes designed to carry from day to night without losing edge.
Qualley’s press run for “Honey, Don’t!” has already covered Chanel slingbacks at Cannes, bicolor ballet flats at the Golden Globes and a mix of stilettos and flats at premieres. With the film set for release Aug. 22, her latest stop extends a tour-long thread: Italian-crafted heels chosen with the same discipline as the rest of her wardrobe.
