Former First Lady Michelle Obama suited up for an event in New York City on Wednesday, joining the likes of Oscar winner Questlove and singer and actress Janelle Monáe. The former first lady attended the Audible and Higher Ground “The Wonder of Stevie” event, celebrating the podcast that focuses on the iconic albums of the legendary singer.
For the occasion, Obama wore the Barocco-print double-breasted blazer courtesy of Versace. Featuring the signature Barocco print, the long-sleeve blazer was set with black and gray tones and included Medusa Head silver buttons that popped.
The double-breasted blazer included peak lapels and featured a straight hem. Obama coordinated the look with a blouse featuring the same print and similarly patterned pants. She completed the ensemble with black boots and added a pair of bold silver statement earrings as the final touch.
