Miley Cyrus is the latest celebrity to embrace the celebrity-favorite peekaboo bra layering style that has been trending on red carpets this summer. On Thursday, to celebrate the new Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid fragrance at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, the singer performed in a head-to-toe Gucci outfit featuring a lace bralette layered under a wraparound minidress.
Cyrus’ minidress featured long sleeves and a plunging bodice with an asymmetrical skirt silhouette. She paired it with a chunky gold necklace and Gucci’s patent leather strappy sandals.
The lace bralette was part of Gucci’s cruise 2025 collection, which was introduced in May at Tate Modern in London. The piece is already a celebrity favorite, with Daisy Edgar-Jones and Kendall Jenner recently wearing the style.

The Gucci cruise 2025 collection was created by Sabato De Sarno, who sourced inspiration on “the icon of Sloanes, Princess Diana and the American-style, oversize green varsity jacket she wore when she took her boys to school in the 1990s,” WWD previously reported.
De Sarno was also behind the new Flora Gorgeous Orchid campaign, which features Miley Cyrus. The singer started her partnership with Gucci in 2021, when she fronted the Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum campaign directed by Petra Collins under Alessandro Michele’s creative direction.
At the event, Cyrus also performed her hit song “Flowers” for Salma Hayek, Kendall Jenner, Law Roach, Maude Apatow, Kelly Sawyer, Kim Petras and more guests.
