Hilton wore the Phyllis pumps in smooth black leather with a sleek pointed toe. The court shoes are designed with a tapered silhouette with a tiny hand-stitched detail on the vamp and a matching satin cigarette heel. The high heels are made with a soft, low-sheen napa leather but a classic look, with matching viscose and silk satin lining.

The shoes feature a leather sole with a nonslip MaxMaraGram motif. The shoes retail for $765 and are available in tobacco brown and a powder nude shade. The sophisticated heel measures around 3 inches.
