After Nike hooked the Oregon Ducks up with exclusive “Mummy Duck” Air Foamposite Pros and Vaporposite cleats in September, the concept will reportedly make its way to retail later this year in a new colorway.
According to Sneaker Market Romania, @zsneakerheadz and @brandon1an, a Mummy Duck-themed Nike Air Foamposite Pro is expected to be released this holiday season. Unlike the lighter tones of the player-exclusive style, the upcoming retail release is said to feature a black-based Black/Barely Volt/White color combination.

Base shade aside, the sneakers are expected to feature all of the same details seen on the Ducks exclusive including a striped upper, a Swoosh bordered by a mummy-like fabric wrap, glow-in-the-dark details and a custom Mummy Duck heel graphic. The pair will also include a glow-in-the-dark green rubber outsole and a reflective silver finish on the heel logo.
It should be noted that in-hand images of the black colorway have yet to surface and pictured here are instead speculative mock-ups of what the pair is expected to look like.
The original Mummy Duck Air Foamposite Pro and Vaporposite were issued to the Ducks football team before their overtime win against Penn state on Sept. 27, 2025. Those white-based styles will remain unreleased.
Aside from the Mummy Ducks styles, Oregon received another Foamposite sneaker, the Air Foamposite One, in 2013. That style was released to the public in limited numbers, which will likely be the case for this upcoming Mummy Duck version as well.
And the Ducks aren’t the only team getting in on the Air Foamposite Pro action. A four-style pack of college football-themed colorways will be released this fall for Florida State, LSU, Ohio State and TCU.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Mummy Duck in Black/Barely Volt/White is set for a holiday 2026 release with a likely retail price of $230. The sneaker’s style code is IZ7806-001.
