PatBo, designed by founder and creative director Patricia Bonaldi, looked to Brazilian modernism and landscape design for its spring collection, which was presented outdoors at Domino Square in Brooklyn on Tuesday.

“Brazil has become an epicenter of global pop culture, and people often speak about the country as if it is suddenly having a moment. But for me, Brazil has always been the moment. What is changing is the way the world is looking at us,” said Bonaldi.

For spring, PatBo featured an abundance of textures, mixing fringe that is always present in her collection with different proportions and colors. “It’s a maximalist collection because that is what PatBo is,” said Bonaldi after the show. She said she tried to be more experimental this season, and changed some of the shapes. “I think we were always more fluid. Now we have these organic shapes and more architectural shapes and building more in terms of patterns,” she said.

PatBo, which has been in business for 20 years, and in the U.S. for a decade, sells at such stores as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Revolve and Bergdorf Goodman. For fall ’26, PatBo introduced footwear to the lineup, and for this coming spring, the company has unveiled an eyewear collection.

Bonaldi expects the beach dresses to be the bestsellers, which focus on fringe and a mix of mesh, along with the jacquards, which feature intricate details. “I think the jacquards will be a hit,” she said, pointing to a beautiful jacquard jacket and pants.
