Rihanna’s Amina Muaddi love affair really did continue in New York City on Friday night.
The Fenty founder headed out on the day A$AP Rocky’s fourth studio album “Don’t Be Dumb” dropped, wearing white Amina Muaddi Anok pumps with a layered winter look. The Italian-made style featured a high-shine upper, an elongated pointed toe and a thin stiletto heel.
She styled the white stilettos with black Balenciaga knife pants, cut slim through the leg with a small front slit at the ankle. Up top, she opted for a Vaquera rugby shirt under a navy pinstripe blazer, all layered beneath an oversized charcoal wool coat with broad lapels. She finished the outfit with a soft black clutch, a Briony Raymond diamond necklace and oversized black sunglasses.

The appearance added to Rihanna’s long-running relationship with Muaddi. The Jordanian-Romanian designer introduced her namesake label in 2018; Rihanna began wearing the shoes soon after and later tapped her to design footwear for Fenty, with their first capsule arriving in 2020. The move earned the duo the year’s Footwear News Achievement Awards Collaborator of the Year award. Muaddi also created a shoe collection with Rocky’s AWGE collective that year, connecting her brand to both sides of the couple’s fashion world.
In 2025, Rihanna’s reliance on Muaddi’s snakeskin Barbara boot became a storyline of its own. She wore the knee-high stilettos repeatedly to A$AP Rocky’s Los Angeles court appearances. The pattern continued off the courthouse steps. In December, she chose Muaddi’s snake-print Barbara Mary Jane pumps for a Christmas shopping trip in Los Angeles, pairing the high heels with a red Celine men’s jacket, wide-leg jeans and a Yankees cap. Earlier in the year, she wore custom pink Amina Muaddi Diamante sandals with her bubblegum Balenciaga gown at the 2025 Gotham Film Awards.
With the Anok pumps now in rotation alongside her snakeskin favorites and custom red carpet sandals, Rihanna’s latest New York outing reinforces that Amina Muaddi remains a fixture in her high heel lineup, no matter the occasion. The shoes also slot neatly into the crispy white shoe trend, which has been ramping up across celebrity wardrobes:
