About: Fuze House is an infrared-heated, low-impact fitness studio that recently landed in New York City after gaining a viral following in Miami. The studio, outfitted with Bala equipment including Bangles, Bars and Beams, offers variations of Pilates and Sculpt classes.

At the flagship, guests can consult with a medical professional to create a personalized hair growth plan, which could include Great Many’s line of products, supplements, prescriptions and treatments like platelet rich plasma (PRP).

About: At Sama, founded by Dr. Jaskaren Randhawa, dental care meets wellness with an approach focused on overall oral microbiome health. While the outpost offers a holistic assortment of treatments, including Botox, PRP and orthodontics, guests can also experience precision cleaning via Guided Biofilm Therapy, a gentle technique that removes plaque using air, water and powder.

About: With a $10,000/month membership and a members-only approach, Continuum Club is the latest in high luxury wellness. In addition, the club will employ AI technology via wearable wellness devices to track members’ data and provide them with custom programs.
