Cinq à Sept Looks to Prairie Western Vibes for Pre-fall 2025
Cinq à Sept designer Jane Siskin updated her go-to bohemian aesthetic for the pre-fall 2025 season by looking to prairie-western influences.
The look: Classic boho pieces were updated with a western flair through frills, ruffles, handkerchief prints and denim.
Quote of note: “As with every Cinq à Sept collection, there’s an underlying tone of boho-femininity, with an edge,” Siskin said. “This season we looked to the American Southwest — balancing prairie-western references like corseted dresses, full skirts and blouson sleeves, with ’70s-era wide-leg denim, fringe and crochet. I love how layered this collection is with textures, print and novelty details — which all feel very quintessentially Cinq à Sept.”
Standout pieces: Studded denim sets and tailored suits gave the feminine collection a balanced feel, while styles like fringe-detailed dresses, bubble skirts and Empire drop-waist dresses gave it the brand’s signature romantic spin.
Takeaway: The collection showcased the designer’s knack for creating ultra-feminine silhouettes and updating core classics with eye-catching fabrics and prints.

Standout pieces: Floral dresses exemplified Taylor’s strength in hand-painted prints and mixing colors and patterns in a way that reflects her inspiration and offers newness each season. The collection’s mixed denim pieces presented a structured balance to the more romantic styles.

Rag & Bone Pre-fall 2025 Collection Offers Wardrobing for a Perfect Summer Day

The look: Quintessential easy summer wardrobing.
Quote of note: “It’s really grounded in denim, and there’s incredible textures, which makes the delivery feel exciting. We also focused on the idea of set dressing, which is explored in different ways. The reason why we think that’s relevant for this type of season is it’s just easy. You can throw it on. You feel put together,” McCormick said.
Key pieces: Matching sets for from day to night, spanning from drapey jersey tops and skirts and edgier leather duos to breezy poplin daywear and beach-minded crochet layers. Head-to-toe denim, including laser-cut pants, a striped waistcoat and foundational featherweight styles; novelty shell button embroidered knits; an expanded assortment of lightweight denim printed mesh Miramar styles; tailored tunics, and a few studded party looks.

Kobi Halperin’s Pre-fall 2025 Collection Follows Napoleon to the Tuscan Coast
Elba, an island off the coast of Tuscany where Napoleon landed in exile, inspired Halperin’s summer-ready pre-fall collection.
The look: Hippie-chic with Baroque French touches.
Quote of note: “This collection is about dreaming and optimism,” said Kobi Halperin. On touring Villa San Martino, Napoleon’s summer residence in Elba, he continued, “the first thing that inspired me was the color mood — I love how they’ve been sun-kissed — and then the idea of creating more romantic clothes felt very right for me for this time of a year. I refuse to call it pre-fall. I’m sorry, it’s time to change — it’s not really pre-fall, it’s summer.”
Standout pieces: Silky batwing blouses and pajama bottoms in matching digital crochet prints; cotton menswear shirts with embellished Baroque placement prints; bleached pastel linen sailor pants; a gold sequin short set; floral silk chiffon maxis with lace trim; mesh fringe “summer fur” lady cardigans, and miniskirts.
Takeaway: Halperin continues to inspire wanderlust by distilling niche historic references into thoughtfully designed textiles that elevate his otherwise generic silhouettes.
