This week, the market is getting flooded with AI agents. And the goal is to make workflows and processes simpler and more effective. Oracle NetSuite said it has launched industry-specific “SuiteAgents” that take on a load of mundane tasks—including contract billing. Meanwhile, Bazaarvoice has teamed up with DaVinci Commerce to give AI agents authentic, verified recommendations for consumers.

In other news, ShinWon, the apparel maker, is upgrading its tech stack into a more integrated platform that ties all functions together. Goodbye, spreadsheets. Finally, Logitech International has launched a new initiative, “Chain Reaction,” which is a global supply chain decarbonization program.

ShinWon deploys next-gen tech

ShinWon Corporation is rolling out “Sphere,” an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that the company describes as “next generation.” The global apparel manufacturer said deploying Sphere will strengthen its global manufacturing competitiveness. “The initiative marks a significant step in the company’s efforts to unify enterprise-wide business data and accelerate its AI transformation (AX),” the company said in a statement.

The new system is designed to integrate various business systems, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and e-Accounting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). “The platform connects the entire apparel manufacturing process—from order management and sample development to costing, sourcing, procurement, production, logistics, shipment and settlement—through a unified data framework,” the company said.

Sphere will be replacing outdated workflow processes that had included emails, spreadsheets and siloed apps. ShinWon said it has established standardized business processes that are centered on SAP. “The system also improves data consistency and accessibility at the product level, enabling more systematic management of Bills of Materials (BOM) and production processes for individual styles,” the company noted, adding that Sphere also enhances the company’s business intelligence capabilities.

“Through SAP Analytics Cloud, the company has established a framework for analyzing key operational data, including orders, production and costs, across subsidiaries, buyers and products,” ShinWon said. “Moving beyond conventional data reporting, the system is expected to support more comprehensive profitability analysis by product and buyer, enabling more informed, data-driven business decisions.”

JJ Park, CEO of ShinWon Corporation, said the deployment lays the groundwork for AI integration. “We will continue to expand AI applications across our operations to enhance global supply chain visibility, improve operational efficiency and strengthen our manufacturing competitiveness through data-driven innovation,” the CEO said.

Logitech launches program to accelerate supply chain decarbonization

Logitech International, the software-enabled hardware solutions provider, is launching “Chain Reaction,” which the company described as a global supply chain decarbonization program “designed to help supply partners cut carbon emissions, optimize factory operations and unlock shared business growth.”

It’s an ambitious and comprehensive program that the company said marks an expansion of its climate strategy by providing direct operational support to help suppliers “build their own decarbonization roadmaps while advancing Logitech’s science-based target to halve its Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2030.”

“Chain Reaction” is structured around four pillars. The launch is beginning with a cohort of 17 of the company’s key suppliers. The pillars include affordable clean energy, which coordinates suppliers to aggregate purchasing power and collectively procure high-standard renewable energy instruments. The second pillar centers on energy and greenhouse gas evaluations. This aims to supports supplier-led factory evaluations to identify energy, thermal and mechanical efficiencies. “This empowers suppliers to define reduction targets and roadmaps that serve their entire customer base,” the company said.

The third pillar is expert support and guidance, which provides technical workshops, roundtables and innovation sessions as well as co-developed reporting tools. “These are designed to streamline carbon accounting and eliminate administrative overhead,” the company said.

The last pillar involves integrating carbon transparency and decarbonization into regular business reviews and new business awards, “ensuring manufacturing partners gain executive visibility and recognition for measurable carbon reductions.”

In fiscal year 2026, Logitech said in fiscal year 2026 it has already achieved a 33 percent reduction in its total Scope 3 carbon footprint compared to the company’s 2021 baseline. “Chain Reaction builds on this momentum by empowering suppliers to identify carbon hotspots and execute practical engineering solutions directly within their facilities and supply chains,” Logitech said.

Elaine Laird, chief people and sustainability officer at Logitech, said real value-chain decarbonization “happens directly on the factory floor. Our suppliers understand their operations best. Chain Reaction helps our manufacturing partners access the practical tools, technical evaluations and clean energy solutions they need to optimize their operations and lead their own decarbonization roadmaps.”

Oracle NetSuite launches industry-specific “SuiteAgents”

At SuiteWorld, Oracle NetSuite announced SuiteAgents, new AI-powered tools to help organizations streamline operations and make data-driven decisions. Built on NetSuite’s unified data model, SuiteAgents leverage nearly three decades of industry expertise to identify operational issues, recommend next steps, and assist with multi-step execution within NetSuite’s governance structures.

Complementing the conversational “Ask Oracle” interface, the company said SuiteAgents focus on continuous monitoring and task execution. Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president of Oracle NetSuite, said the agents allow finance and operations teams to respond faster to critical industry signals without sacrificing human oversight or accountability.

The new AI agents target key processes across six sectors. For the software sector, SuiteAgents assist with revenue retention, compliance and even contract billing. Product-focused teams gain inventory evaluation and margin analysis. In services, the agents turn statements of work into actionable project plans and track capacity.

SuiteAgents tailored for the software, product and construction industries are immediately available to customers in NetSuite Next.

Bazaarvoice teams with DaVinci Commerce on shopping apps solution

Bazaarvoice has partnered with DaVinci Commerce to integrate its authenticated user-generated ratings and reviews directly into DaVinci’s AI-driven shopping platform, including Brand Agent and patent-pending Product Context Memory (PCM) technology.

Embedding real-time consumer sentiment into conversational agents and brand-customized OpenAI storefronts, this collaboration enriches product context and provides verified social proof to validate AI product recommendations, Bazaarvoice said in a statement, noting that this seamless integration streamlines high-intent product discovery for mutual clients and shoppers.

It essentially transforms multi-site research into a fast, reliable and brand-curated experience.

“Shopping is moving upstream into AI apps, conversational environments and personal AI agents, and shoppers expect those experiences to be both immersive and trustworthy,” said Diaz Nesamoney, founder and CEO of DaVinci Commerce. “Integrating Bazaarvoice’s gold-standard review data into our Brand Agent and Agentic BrandStore™ platform gives AI agents authentic, verified recommendations to serve, and dramatically shortens the path from discovery to purchase.”

Brenda Tuohig, senior vice president of strategic partnerships at Bazaarvoice, said consumers are increasingly making decisions inside AI experiences, “and the Bazaarvoice Network is built to bring authentic customer voices wherever those decisions happen. By embedding our verified UGC into DaVinci’s agentic ecosystem, we’re giving shoppers the social proof they need to move from discovery to checkout in a single, trusted conversation.”
