Because of the tenaciousness of collectors, Air Jordan release information leaks at a rate and with a lead time unmatched by any other sneakers. Although it does leave room for a few surprises, the stream does provide a pretty clear picture of what to expect in the year ahead.

Standouts for 2026 will include high-profile collaborations with the likes of Nigel Sylvester, Union and Fragment, the latter two parties of which will join forces for one collection. A number of beloved original colorways will also make a comeback, including the revered Air 3 “True Blue” and the Air Jordan 1 “Royal.” Also on the slate is a mix of beloved non-original colorways introduced in the 2000s and 2010s, many of which are returning for the first time, such as the Air Jordan 6 “Oreo.”

Below, you’ll find a highlight of the best Air Jordan releases expected in 2026. Footwear News will also publish a monthly preview of Air Jordan releases throughout the year, with the January calendar to be found at the link.
