Firstly, as someone who has long struggled with insomnia, I appreciate that these CBD gummies get the job done and actually help me fall asleep faster. Many of my own sleeping woes stem from struggling to turn my brain off and relax. But other users have actually found taking half of the supplement to be more manageable.
