MILAN — The Longevity Suite is bringing its multidisciplinary approach to wellness offshore.
In a project developed with historic Italian luxury shipyard Benetti — part of the Azimut|Benetti Group — and the Luca Dini Design & Architecture studio, the biohacking and antiaging clinic unveiled its foray into luxury sailing via Benetti’s 230-foot yacht “Clear Waves.”
The yacht’s entire design was envisioned with the physical and mental well-being of the individual in mind. Wellness informs every aspect of life on board, from ensuring purified air and maximum comfort during sleep to the study of color schemes for different times of the day.

The wellness area is the focal point of the yacht on its upper deck. Here, plants frame a space featuring relaxation areas, a dedicated food and beverage island, hot and cold water circuits, in addition to treatment technologies.
One of the most striking features of the design is the Glass Dome, a 4,305-square-foot glass structure spanning two decks and offering an uninterrupted view of the landscape, bringing natural light and the surrounding environment into the onboard experience.
The structure is conceived to generate the energy required for its own operation. More than 60 percent of its surface incorporates translucent photovoltaic panels, and its glass features low-emissivity properties, filters infrared radiation and protects against UV rays. The geometry of the dome itself regulates ventilation and activates natural air circulation through the stack effect, complemented by floor-level air intake to prevent direct drafts and maintain a consistent microclimate.
In sync with The Longevity Suite’s mission, the yacht offers a program of personalized assessments and biohacking and recovery technologies, including popular services such as Cryosuite Total Body, Dry Floating, Near Infrared Therapy, Hydrogen-Oxygen Therapy and Revital Chamber.
“The aim of this collaboration is to move beyond the traditional concept of onboard wellness and transform time spent on a yacht into an opportunity to continue a journey of prevention, awareness, recovery and self care,” said Luigi Caterino, chief executive officer of The Longevity Suite. “Privacy, quality time and personalization make the yacht a particularly fitting environment for a longevity approach centered on understanding one’s own biology and the ability to influence one’s physical and psychological balance.”
Caterino cofounded The Longevity Suite with Massimo Gualerzi, Elisa Mondelli and Roberta Bianchi in 2019. Hailing from different backgrounds but sharing the same passion for a sport-oriented and healthy lifestyle as friends, they all noticed a gap in the market for a luxury one-stop destination with a holistic approach to well-being.
The biohacking and antiaging clinic has built a reputation for its advanced technologies, cutting-edge protocols and signature rejuvenation treatments that combine detox, meditation and cryotherapy. One of its signature concepts is hinged on Blue Zones, locations with the highest life expectancy compared to the global average. Multisensory journeys have been developed to immerse clients in the rituals, music and smells inspired by the lifestyles of these destinations.
The company has a constellation of integrated formats, stretching from spas and city clinics to The Longevity Kitchen healthy dining and food delivery concept. Earlier this year, it unveiled a collaboration with Visionnaire, the Italian design and bespoke interior architecture firm run by the Cavalli family, to launch longevity homes, tapping into the wellness real estate market boom expected to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030.
In May, the two parties unveiled the tie-up with Dini’s firm to turn The Longevity Suite’s clinical ethos into residential design. At the time, the companies said two Visionnaire x Longevity Suite projects were already underway in Sardinia and Cairo, with around 15 other negotiations ongoing worldwide, including one in Milan to renovate an entire building into “Longevity-Ready” apartments.
