Tiffany & Co. has opened the doors to its first flagship in Latin America, located in Shopping Iguatemi São Paulo. The American jeweler opened its first store in Brazil in Iguatemi and has relocated its presence to the heart of the mall with Tiffany & Co.’s latest design concept.
Designed by local architectural studio Metro Arquitetos, the flagship location spans more than 4,000 square feet across two floors, taking cues from The Landmark, Tiffany & Co.’s iconic store in Manhattan. The bespoke façade, composed of glass tubes that were customized in Germany and cut and installed in Brazil, is an ode to the country’s local flora, honoring its trees and landscapes.
Interiors continue the conversation with elements from Brazilian culture and works by renowned local and international artists. Furniture piece were designed by Brazilian designer Humberto Campana and a wooden artwork in Tiffany Blue titled “Isabel” by Brazilian artist João Carlos Galvão, while ceramicist Francis Petrucci created a custom-made ceramic table.
