Both beauty packs — the One Swipe Set, $60, and The Essentials Edit, $95 — features an assortment of ergonomically packaged products, from the hero Grip Stick Lip Treatment to the Easy Way Precision Lip Liner.

Founded by 22-year-old Aerin Glazer, Tilt is the first beauty brand to receive the Arthritis Foundation’s Ease of Use certification, setting a new precedent for inclusivity in the beauty market. Glazer — a New York University Stern School of Business graduate who grew up battling psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia — developed the brand over five years alongside chief operating officer Steve Levine, previously at Bobbi Brown’s Jones Road Beauty.

“I wanted to make something that everyone could use,” Glazer told WWD at the time of its 2025 launch. “If you have a physical difference, it’s harder to do things sometimes. Creating Tilt was so important because having one thing go right when you really need it to means so much.”

“The mission here is so much larger than just a brand — we’re here to create a whole new category,” added Levine. “Nobody’s really speaking to this need for accessibility and doing it in a way that’s cool and fun and doesn’t exclude people who perhaps don’t have a dexterity challenge — Aerin wants to lead the industry in that effort.”
