The “Girls” alum’s glossy black pumps are made from patent leather with a sharply pointed toe and a d’Orsay cut stacked on top of a 115mm stiletto. A slim slingback strap fastens at the ankle with Gianvito Rossi’s signature gold Ribbon buckle. The Cara pump retails for $950 and also comes in red glossy napa.
Williams styled the shoes with sheer black tights and a monochrome black outfit. She carried Verafied’s Noir Leather Book Tote Bag 25, a structured style with minimal hardware. Her look focused on clean lines and a single tonal palette, letting the gloss of her slingbacks pop against the more matte textures of the rest of her look.
